Important things to consider when considering new safety regulations and/or guidelines:
1) Whether increased knowledge of dangers could scare people
2) Whether the legislation will cost money
3) Whether there will be paperwork involved
If any of the above are true, said safety legislation should be REJECTED

I can’t say I understand how putting guards on the border will stop bullets from coming across. Wouldn’t it be more likely that people would get hit instead of just a building? Or is the idea that we’ll start an international conflict by intentionally shooting back across the border?
